Swiss credit without prepayment

All loans from a federal bank are actually Swiss loans. In common usage, however, the term does not refer to construction financing in Swiss francs, but Credit Bureau-free loans that are processed in the currency dollars. Prepayment means credit brokers a fee that the applicant must pay before the loan is paid out.

All federal banks grant Swiss credit without prepayment in accordance with the law. The direct loan application is possible for amounts up to 3500 dollars and by permanent borrowers, a few federal financial institutions have increased the maximum amount to 5000 dollars. It is not possible to increase the credit line by applying for several Swiss loans from different banks.

The Swiss financial institutions do not make a Credit Bureau request or notify the German credit protection agency about the loan, but they report this to the Swiss central office for credit information. This means that every financial institution located there can check whether the applicant has already taken out loans in Switzerland.

The Swiss loan without prepayment and without Credit Bureau is not only useful for existing negative entries, but also for a planned larger loan within six months.

The prepayment with credit intermediaries

The prepayment with credit intermediaries

Only offers for a Swiss loan without prepayment can be regarded as reliable. The calculation of costs already for the application for a loan violates the applicable law and thus indicates the lack of seriousness of the credit intermediary. Even if he was able to provide some of the applicants with the desired loan, every credit service provider requesting prepayment is suspected, in truth only want to collect the brokerage fee and not be interested in the actual loan brokerage.

Borrowers are usually dependent on a credit intermediary for loan amounts of more than 3,500 dollars or for a loan application as a freelancer or self-employed person if they want to take out a Credit Bureau-free loan in Switzerland. They conclude a brokerage contract exclusively via a Swiss loan without prepayment, so that they do not incur any costs without actually borrowing.

The calculation of a placement fee by the credit service provider after successful placement and payment of the requested loan is of course legal, unless the loan placement fee is not inappropriately high.
